Shipping

Each desktop PC is carefully built to order by hand and tested before being shipped, so please allow one to two weeks for final delivery from the date of your purchase.

Unless otherwise requested, all shipments are delivered using UPS Ground Service and are double-boxed to prevent courier damage (HTPC and laptop orders excluded as they are already well-protected). A signature for delivery is not required unless requested.

Once your desktop has been built, configured, tested and shipped you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number and can monitor its delivery progress online.

Once your desktop has been delivered there is a seven day return period during which you may initiate a return in order to receive a refund. While the warranty for repairs still applies, no returns will be accepted after the seven day return period has expired.
