Each desktop and laptop PC comes with a one-year warranty covering all hardware. An additional four-year extended warranty may be purchased on the Add-Ons page under Service Extensions while building your system.
To begin the process of repairing your PC, please contact us with a description of the issue. Repairs are performed in one of three ways according to what is required and your preference:
- You can ship the PC back to us for full diagnostics and repair.
- We can identify the failing component, ship a replacement to you, and contract a local technician to perform the repair.
- We can identify the failing component, ship a replacement to you, and you can perform the repair yourself.
While you must pay shipping when returning the PC to us, we will pay shipping when returning the PC to you.
